Smart Engines has released technology of indent-printing cards recognition

The company announced the release of technology Smart IndentCardReader, designed to recognize plastic cards made with indent printing.

Smart IndentCardReader can recognize cards in the video stream on mobile devices and computers / terminals, equipped with a video camera (including web cam). All the technologies that lie at its base, starting with the identification card and ending with the character recognition, are proprietary to Smart Engines.
