All mobile OCR SDKs are built on a single proprietary computer vision platform of Smart Engines, can be seamlessly integrated and can be extended with custom functions. This allows users to use the functionality they need in mobile apps and optimally solve their business tasks. For example, Smart ID Engine can both scan credit cards and check their liveness, Smart Document Engine can both recognize passports and perform cross-verification of IDs and questionnaires.

Smart Code Engine is a mobile SDK for scanning bank cards, 1D and 2D barcodes (QR codes, AZTEC, PDF417, DataMatrix, EAN, UPC, etc.), machine-readable zone (MRZ) of passport and visa documents (MRTD, eMRTD). In addition, it is possible to scan price tags, product labels, VIN numbers, serial numbers of parts and assemblies. The mobile SDK provides the ability to scan and recognize data from single images (scans, photos) and in a real-time video stream in iOS, Android applications.
Smart ID Engine is a mobile SDK which scans and authenticates passports, national ID cards, residence permits, work permits, visas, driver licenses, vehicle registration certificate, birth, marriage, divorce, death certificates and other documents related to identification and property rights. The ID scanning mobile SDK provides a solution for remote identification and verification in mobile apps by data scanning and optical recognition from single images (scans, photos) and in a real-time video stream in iOS, Android applications.
Smart Document Engine is a mobile SDK for scanning forms and extracting data from documents. The system is designed to automate the workflow and optimize document entry processes. The mobile SDK quickly and securely performs optical text recognition of business, statutory, accounting, tax, notarial, legal, insurance and banking documents, as well as standard questionnaires and forms of strict accountability on a mobile device. The simple API allows you to quickly integrate document scanning to iOS, Android mobile applications.

The GreenOCR® optical text recognition technology created by our scientists and engineers allows us to achieve the highest recognition quality in 102 languages on a mobile phone in real time, the only computing resources required are those of the mobile phone itself.
Careful algorithm optimization and implementation make it possible to use mobile devices with low computational power for scanning and optical recognition. Thus, bank card recognition on the iPhone XR takes 40 ms per frame; German ID cards — 150 ms per frame; income tax certificates — about 2 seconds per full-size photo.
Our mobile scanning products are intentionally optimized in size to reduce the impact of mobile OCR to the final application size. Using an Android application, the package for bank card scanning adds ~ 3.5 MB in packaged form to the final application, for a passport scanning — ~ 6 MB.
The optical recognition product line is delivered as an SDK with documented OCR API, the necessary code samples, and other supplementary materials for embedding and integration. You can embed Smart Code Engine, Smart ID Engine or Smart Document Engine » SDK in desktop systems using interfaces in C++, Objective C, Swift, Java, as well as using wrappers for React Native and Flutter.
